The wife of Mujarrab al-Dawlah, the former agent in Kurdistan, complains to the Majlis against ʻAbbas Khan Sardar Rashid. After the Constitutional Revolution and its aftermath, the chaos created in Kurdistan by Salar al-Dawlah, ʻAbbas Khan Sardar Rashid has tyrannized Kurdistan and seized the property of Mujarrab al-Dawlah's wife.
